My items never came

On May 14 I ordered two item. They said it would come I believe in 10 days. The items never came. I reached out to the seller first and they said it was coming and I said I had no longer needed it. It had been well over a month. They said I would have to wait to get the item and then I can get refund. 2 months later, I still never received it. They said it had been shipped and provided a tracking number for usps. The tracking number had no information for me when I tried to look it up. They said they see that it was shipped on June 24. But it did not come to my home! Not sure where it was delivered if it was indeed delivered. I ended up opening a dispute and the company tells PayPal that the item was delivered and then I had to respond and now I’ve escalated it to a claim. I’ve never had this problem with PayPal or a seller. But you can’t speak to anyone at PayPal and I am just waiting to hear back from PayPal. This is ridiculous. I want a refund because it cost me $170 for products I didn’t get and even if they don’t give me a refund, it would be nice to at least have the product! If this isn’t resolved by PayPal I will never use PayPal again! They can look at my history and see that I’ve never had issues!!!!
