My Account was locked and I can’t withdrawl my funds!!! Its been 180 days ALREADY!

So my account was locked back in June without much explanation. I had all the funds from my unemployment posted to my paypal and when my account was locked there was a message that said I would receive instructions to withdraw my funds in 180 days(so messed up!!). I need my money really bad, I waited the 180 days and I have had no communication from paypal regarding my account. What is it gonna take to get these funds released. Any guidance as to what I’m supposed to do here would be great. PLEASE HELP!!!
