Money Still on Hold For 21 Days

Hello,
I’ve recently started to use this account again to receive payment from a client that I’ve been making assets for online.
I had received a payment back in late December and was told that I had to wait until January 12th for the funds to come through. Today I had a payment come through again and despite me having my account be verified, labelled as an ‘established seller’ with the email coming in the night before the payment, and the buyer confirming they received the product I’m still being told I need to wait 21 days. Is there anything I can do beyond this to receive the money within a week? Having to wait 3 weeks for any payment to come through makes it very difficult and I want to take any steps I can to ensure that the funds are available sooner. I’m considering upgrading my account to a business account but I’m not sure if that would fix anything.
