Money on Hold

Description

I’ve had a refund filed against me and after explaining to the seller about the COVID situation and how the US is currently not taking international mail from my country (Philippines), we ended up resolving the situation about 3 days after the dispute was opened but Paypal is still holding the payment almost 6 weeks after the dispute was opened. The expected resolution date keeps getting pushed back and I’m afraid it will just be forgotten. I was wondering if there was anything I could do in this situation to speed up the process.
