Hello, So I’m new to PayPal. I thought for some reason you could send money to friends and family and my boyfriend sent me $15.00 and it took .73 cents which made it $14 and then now it is in holding status for 21 days? I needed this money today. What’s the point in having the pay family and friends if it takes 21 days to receive money? Can I just cancel and have them give my boyfriend his money back and cancel my account. Not happy at all. Solved! Go to Solution.
