Money being held

Description

Hello, I wanted to send money from one of my accounts to the other one, because I moved to another country and needed to rransfer money to use. However I didn’t see the’ send to family and friends’ option anywhere and I did it as a payment( which at the time I didn’t know was not the way to go). Now the money is on hold until the 1 day after confirmation of delivery, and I don’t know how to or what to confirm since I didn’t buy anything. Please help. Thank you
