I tried to book an apartment via airbnb but the request is expired. Although, the money are still unavailable to my bank account (i paid via paypal). I reached them to find out what happened and they told me to reach you out to solve the problem. Their message was the following: the cost of the reservation is charged from the guest only once the reservation is accepted.
