Hi, I bought a subscription for a software in a website and I paid it via PayPal. The money went out of my bank account immediately to PayPal, then the website via Paddle but they said they got no money! I checked my bank account and it was paid via PayPal but in PayPal, I can’t see the transaction at all. I send many messages asking for help but no answer! Can anyone help me with it? I am not a new user and this never happened before!!!
