Minus in account, need to cancel pre approved transactions made by hacker

Description

I need to cancel pre-approved transactions made by someone who had gained access to my Nintendo account; Nintendo has already told me they will give me a refund but because they will refund it into my PayPal account, the payments will be taken out directly and put into the Nintendo payments. Which obviously I didn’t approve those myself and I don’t want my money to be taken away from me again. I’ve already contacted Nintendo several times but they keep sending me back to PayPal.
