low PayPal balance issues

Description

Hey Guys,
So when i’m creating a shipping label and my paypal balance is low, why wont paypal use my linked card and or bank account to pull the funds from to complete the purchase of the label?
It always makes me transfer money from my bank or card, which isn’t instant and then i have to wait for that to process before i can use the funds to create a label. sometimes it takes up to 3 days for that transfer to process. its just so annoying.
Please tell me there’s away around this.
