For last few days, when customers paying with paypal transactions not going trhough. showing refused/declined from merchant side and their side moeny missing. is that kind of glitch? cause i have about 20 people affected. loads transactions fine but as i said about 20 saying refuse and they missing payment their side. can anyone help, please?
