Good morning! I’m wondering about a payment of a rental house that never went through on our website. The purchase was made from our website on August 27th, but the money didn’t leave the customer’s account. We also didn’t get a confirmation about the purchase (neither via PayPal nor our website) nor did the customer get a confirmation email (neither receipt via PayPal nor booking confirmation from our website). My belief is that the payment was canceled midway due to another booking of the same house on the same day that came in at the same time. Is there a way to control the activity of the attempt to pay us on August 27th with a Mastercard credit card via Paypal?
