issue since december with no answer from message center

hi
at the first of December i got these payments after the automatic swap to bank account
however the balance is not what i received ! why is that??

and i wanna ask about something else .. yesterday there was automatic swap .. and after that i got payments .. i transferred some to my visa card .. but there was 5$ fees

i send a message to get my fees back … but since there is no answer for my first issue since a month .. i dont know if i will get them back or not .. can anyone help or could tell me when should i call them and i talk to a human!?
