Is this a Scam

Description

So I am selling Jordan’s on eBay and a potential customer reaches out to me. They want to purchase an item but they want me to contact them by text; so I did. They asked me to send them a request thru PayPal to make a payment on the shoes. However, I am not seeing my money in my account. It says I need to provide a tracking number before the funds are released.
