Is Paypal’s level of service always this bad?

Description

I just connected Paypal as one of the payment solutions to our website. And from that moment on, its been a nightmare. I’ve written almost 10 letters on various topics because simple things don’t work in their system. The forms or links just don’t work. There’s no direct communication possibility in 2020 with Paypal ???? —- phones, live-chats etc. …. the COVID virus does not infect through these channels. Only messages which are being answered with a 1 day delay. It’s worse that old days with hand-written notes and pigeons transporting them. Come on! Is this really the level of Paypal or has the COVID really hit them that hard?
