I WANTED TO MAKE A PAYMENT TO VONAGE.COM,BUT UNFORTUNATELY MY TRANSACTION WAS DECLINED. I HAD SUFFICIENT FUNDS IN MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT. PLEASE BE SO KIND TO HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE.
