I withdrew $ from my account and still haven’t received my check

Description

I’ve had a paypal account for quite a while. Generally I just get the $ transfered to my bank account but this time I wanted to get a check sent. I requested the check in early January and it says it was sent out. I still have not received the check. I have tried to contact Paypal but there is no way to do so for this issue. I’ve tried to go through the resolutions center but it keeps cancelling my requests. I’ve tried the help center. Extremely frustrated that I can’t reach anyone at Paypal and that there is no phone number or email to a human being. For the % they take from us for every transaction their customer service should be way better. Anyone have any advice for how to resolve this?
