I made an account but I’m under 18 so put the wrong details on there

Can anyone consolidate on how I can recieve my funds as I’m 17 years old and have recently got money put into my PayPal account I have rung up but there has been no answer due to them being shut but it’s not closing times I just want the issues resolved and need my money out my account into my bank ASAP can anyone advise me on this issue I send my apologies to PayPal on this matter I meant no harm, my girlfriends over the age of 18 would she be able to withdraw the funds for me?
