I made a purchase that failed and i never got my money back.

Description

I bought Battlefield 1 Premium for 10EUR on the 3rd/4th of January (im not even sure PayPal says its 3rd, Origin says its 4th). For some reason Origin bugged out and placed 2 of the same order. On Origin the purchase says its failed because obviously i have the game, but PayPal still says pending for the whole month.
