I have plenty of funds in my bank account yet for over a month now PayPal keeps showing me an error message whenever I try to make an online purchase. Iâ€™ve had to pay using a card and open accounts with companies, which is a pain if I donâ€™t have my card on me. Hence why I prefer to use PayPal in the first place. Has anyone else has this issue?
