I bought a scarf for £160 on Shpock app, I paid by Paypal. Payment shows as completed. However after receiving the scarf today it’s defective I contacted the seller and we agreed on a discount. Now I only need to give her £100. Payment still hasn’t released the 160 for the seller. How can I do a part payment? Or how do I sort this out by PayPal? Thanks
