Hello, I am a musician which is contact with a 3D video maker for a videoclip. He is requesting half of the money in advance and then the rest when the job is done. My question is: Can the payment being on hold until I receive the videoclip has been sent? I mean, I do not want to pay something in advance without any guarantee. If so, how can I do it?
