Hello,
I am planning to buy an item but seller is insisting me to pay through PayPal directly without eBay in between. Now my question is if the payment is done directly using PayPal and what if I do not get the item or item is not as it was described. Can I open dispute or file claim of refund to PayPal? remember eBay is not used for the transaction.
