How can I tell if I won a dispute and I got to keep the money?

Hello guys! How can I tell if I won a dispute and I got to keep the money? All paypal pages about disputes are very confusing. I am a seller and a buyer requested his money back. After a few days, Paypal closed the case. How can I tell who got to keep the money? I look at my paypal balance (but it’s always changing), I looked at all paypal transaction related to that buyer, I still cannot figure out who actually won the dispute and who got to keep the money.
