horrible situation

On Sept 23rd 2020 I received a charge on my account from pizza hut using my PayPal cash card. I didn’t order anything from pizza hut! I tried to call the customer service line which basically told me to use message center and that I couldn’t be helped over the phone. I opened a ticket in the message center to which I am still awaiting a response. This morning Sept 24th I woke up to 3 additional charges pending for walmart grocery. I tried to call again to no avail, added notes to the message center about these charges to which I have received no response. Whoever has my cash card has gone on a spending spree draining my account. I went to Facebook’s paypal messenger to see if I could speak with a human because I’m now over drafted and have an additional charge of 180 from walmart.com. the facebook messenger agent told me to contact the merchant and they couldn’t do anything. How do I contact walmart grocery or walmart.com and what do I tell them. Isn’t this paypal’s job??? I can’t talk to a human to get this fixed and now they are telling me over Facebook to fix it myself. I am out all my rent money and food money and I am not getting any help from PayPal for these fraudulent charges. Isn’t that there job to help me with these things? What is going on paypal? Do I need to contact the police and lawyers to get you guys to do your job??
