Hidden Charges

Hello All , recently i have some issue with online payments , the amount which is debited from my account is different from whats mentioned in the PayPal invoice . i checked with the bank and there are no charges shown their , and whats more confusing that when the transaction refunded its shown the correct amount and the account is credited with the correct amount . the missing amount is fixed , its 5$ all the times . so am wondering is it a hidden charges or another issue with Paypal .?? I really appreciate your feedback . Best regards .
