Ok so I sent a payment and right away it says “payment can not be completed due to regulationsâ€. The money was removed from my bank acct but it showed “declined†on her end and she didn’t receive the money. I checked my email and got an email where it says it’s on a “temporary pending statusâ€. I’m concerned about where my money is, why it’s pending, and when she will get the money? Or if it will be refunded.
