Hey i need help for my questions, um i am a first timer user of paypal my friend send me money using paypal um he said that i need to buy 1st a gift card loading code to complete the transaction, and that s also written in invoice he sent to me throught chat. Once i buy a gift card loading the paypal will send an email to my email to confirm the transaction, and i dont have received any email and notif about our transaction, is this legit?
