Grievance in writing

Description

Has anyone ever managed to communicate with Paypal not through the internal system? It seems to be very convenient for them, as you don’t get any notifications whatsoever, nor the copy of correspondence with their confirmation of receipt. They safely ignore all my questions, and making the constructive dialog impossible, obviously making the matter not sorted, as all they do is just keep repeating themselves. Is that for real, that my only option is to write them old-fashion way, or e-mail Cameron McLean? I am sure they are regulated at least at some level in UK? How this stands legally in terms of deliberately overcomplicating the process to complaint in writing? Thanks
