getting funds from online games

what do i need to do to allow monies I’ve won playing online games thru my mobile device to be deposited into my account. They say that you can either send the money *usually after you’ve reached $100* to your PayPal account or apply it to an Amazon gift card. How is this done. I have finally reached $100 and went to accept it into my PayPal account and there are two (2) places they ask for info… the first box is labeled P PayPal » were you can « enter text » and the other box is entitled « e payments » with an @ symbol around the e where they also want you to « enter text »… At the top of the page is says the following : «
