Why did PayPal charged my GCash AmEx account with Php 50.26 without notice or consent?
I just tried connecting my AmEx with Paypal; it didn’t successfully connect but a text message was sent to me by GCash saying that Paypal deducted money from my account.
I mean, it is not that big of money (but it is still money!) but I don’t want this to repeat. I don’t want PayPal deducting money from my GCash.
How do I fix this? Thank you in advance.
