Funds on hold yet I’ve provided the item to the buyer.

Hey guys, So I recently sold an item directly with someone, it was around 190 GBP. He collected said item, and the fund where sent to my account. The 190 was in my account, but when i went to check later on it says the money is on hold for the reason that the card has been used without someones permission which i know is not try as i spoke to the buyer. The funds were sent through family and friends so i would of been sure this would not of happpened? What do you think my next option is other than contacting paypal. I hope they can help me out on this too,
