I sent a paypal.me link to a friend for a friends and family payment. I have it set to friends and family automatically. Somehow I was charged a 3% fee for goods and services. I don’t want them to have that option because I do not want to accept money as goods and services. The default setting is friends and family. Why did this happen. If I refund the money do I get the fee back or is that lost forever.
