Fee

Hello community
My first sale through Ebay recently and the payment has come through on PayPal (I usually only make payments for various items I buy via PayPal). The item sold for £102.00 GBP and there is a deduction of £3.26 GBP for a ‘fee’ leaving £98.74.
Does anyone know what the fee is for? Is it a fee to go to PayPal for receiving the money from a buyer? Or is it a fee that will go to Ebay automatically? I don’t know how it works. I can’t seem to contact Ebay and am not sure if they will be billing me separately for their fee (also I thought their fee would be ten per cent and I thought they may deduct it from the seller automatically but I am not sure).
Does anyone in the UK know how it usually goes?
Shame we can’t ask either Paypal or Ebay as they aren’t contactable it seems. Robotic world we live in right now!
