False advertising

PayPal said it takes  » a few minutes to 72 hours to transfer funds..  » Which is a lie.. it takes 3-5days to transfer funds.. is anyone going through this?? I will be opening a class lawsuit against PayPal for false advertising… you cannot get your money in minutes.. i am demanding they remove that statement from website. And paypal puts a block on there website so its no way to contact customers. I have the same person send me money and never have a issue but some reason they keep holding my money.. but they will allow me to spend money through there website only without any holds but if you want cash they’ll put a hold on it.
