Hi looking for some help. i purchased an excursion online for my holiday in July. The 1st attempt said payment failed so I retried. now it shows 2 payments have been sent. i contacted seller who stated they have only received 1 payment. nothing is showing as pending so can not cancel any after reading help pages. can anyone suggest how to get one removed and money returned? thanks in advance Solved!
