Does Anyone else find PP very user unfriendly.

Description

I have just spent far too long trying to find the link to cancel a subscription and in the end gave up. In their wisdom some dumb **bleep** at PP thought it would be a good idea to change the interface AGAIN only to see it become more user unfriendly. Not only do we deal with their high fees and Gestapo control they keep changing the interface to **bleep** users off. You used to be able to find ‘all tools’ in a dropdown box that helped you locate things but they thought it would be a good idea to delete that to get maximum **bleep** off value. Can’t wait for the digital money system to reach critical mass so I can find a better alternative to this company.
