I know you can’t reopen a dispute. I had opened one because a company I ordered from hadn’t shipped out the product in almost a month (item not received). I asked for a refund or the company to give me the shipping info. The company finally gave me the shipping info, so I closed the dispute about the shipping. I waited for a week and I got my package. But the items were NOT even close to what I ordered. I have a separate new dispute about issuing a refund because the items weren’t what I ordered. (Significantly deviated from order) The company offered me first, 5 percent of my purchase price and I could keep the items. HA. NO. THEN they offered me 10 percent and I could keep it, or send the items back and after they receive them, they will issue a full refund. I said NO WAY to that as well because I could send them the product back and they not ever issue my refund. My problem is: I need to open a new dispute, this time for a different reason, but I can’t because of the previous dispute over shipping. If I call paypal, is it a waste of my time trying to get them to open a new dispute on a closed case? Also. I’ve seen snarky replies on here. I don’t really want a smart-**bleep** answer. Kindness please.
