I ordered an item I realized next day it was a scam based on how the description of the item was worded. I filed a dispute and they closed it. Now I received a spoon and a fork for $20 instead of the golf item shown and described. Now I am trying to file a dispute or escalate it and pay pal isn’t answering or giving me the option to re open. What should I do?
