Denied unauthorised transaction claim for scam transactions

Description

PayPal denied my dispute for unauthorized transactions to Deliveroo Italy Srl. Fraudsters ordered food on Deliveroo through my account using PayPal (linked to my credit card). 70 orders were attempted, luckily only 10 went through, delivered to addresses spread across Italy, while I live in the Netherlands. So I did not receive any product. I was not informed about any suspicious activity by PayPal, and only realized when my monthly cc report came in. Hopefully the issue is resolved soon! Thank you.
