Debit card

Description

I see I am not the only one that have the problem to link a Visa Debit Card, so my question is why no one answers to us, like hey we will always decline your Card and it will never be accepted from us (PayPal). I was in my Bank all good, they tried to assist me but no success, money is on card, I even buy online with it, only PayPal keeps rejecting…. PayPal is losing so many customers because that… 0 help, 0 info, and 0 interest for customers. That is sad!
