Check cashing issues

Description

I tried to cash a check, I done everything as directed and or prompted to and it said it transaction denied the reason said I needed to take a clearer picture of the check and to try again. So I did just that I took a better picture, hit submit. It denied my transaction again except for this time the reason for it being denied was as follows “this checks already been submitted or is being processed try using another check” well I never had any funds added to my account so it obviously it didn’t cash the my check. Will someone please help me out? What am I doing wrong?
