Cash card transactions constantly flagged as suspicious

Anyone else having an issue when trying to make a purchase with the paypal cash card? At least once or twice a week their system flaggs purchases I try to make as suspicious. Then they claim its a one time thing. I’ve had to use the message center twice within the last 3 days to be able to use my card and spend my money. They even flag me when I try to withdraw cash at an atm. Any ideas on getting them to stop this? Cause I’m about ready to report them to the bbb.
