I was on vacation and forgot to ask for a PayPal review for my case which has been open for a long time. The seller did not deliver the product to me, and therefore didn’t want to send the money back. I was deceived and yet I only now saw that the case was closed and I was helpless in terms of a refund. Can anyone help me?
