Can’t use linked card and bank account for payment

Description

I have a card and bank account linked to my PayPal Business account. I tried to send a payment and my card and balance were the only options. Now neither my card nor my bank account are options. The customer service rep messaging me said she was going to call me and never did. I need to be able to send this payment that is now overdue because of this issue. PayPal no longer has a customer service number and I’m extremely frustrated. I appear extremely unprofessional to my associate because I can’t send them money they are due.
