I’m not sure where to turn on this. I’m getting very frustrated and have chatted with PayPal more times than I wish to count. I purchased an item to Home Depot which was originally purchased using PayPal with the funding coming from my bank account. Shortly after that I closed my paypal account. I returned the item to Home Depot who put the refund through to the closed paypal account. Paypal says the refund should have gone back to my bank account but the bank says they have no record of receiving it. Home Depot has given me a transaction #, Invoice #, and Receipt ID but Paypal says they can’t find any of those numbers and one representative will tell me they see the transaction and the next says they don’t. Each time they send me off to talk to the bank again or Home Depot again and it’s turned into a vicious circle. I would be so grateful for any help on this or suggested next step. Thank you, Lizzie
