I have been trying to link my UPS to PayPal so I can get the cheaper rate and create shipping labels faster. I enter my UPS account number and agree to terms, then click complete and register. I get « We’re unable to complete your request, try again later. » Why does this keep happening. I’ve tried to message and call and both are telling are kicking me out of the message center or telling me they can not help me. Does anyone have any tips or solutions?
