So, I recently created a new paypal account, and went to link my card. The card was already linked to another account, so I signed in and unlinked it, which it did successfully. I went to link it to the new account, and it’s still saying the card is linked to another account??? Anyone know wby this might be happening? Is there a waiting time or is it a glitch?
