A customer PayPal’d me a payment for an item, but the transaction is marked « UNCLAIMED » and I can find no way to claim the funds. PayPal won’t let me open a case on the transaction, saying « We’re unable to file a case on this transaction. Since this is money you’ve received, you’ll need to contact the sender directly to resolve your issue. » It’s Catch-22. Is there any way to resolve this?
