Can’t cancel unauthorized fraudulent transfer from linked bank account.

Description

I woke up to an unauthorized transfer of $1000 from my personal checking account (that’s linked to PayPal) to my paypal account. WHY is this still an issue, PayPal? I’ve read several community chats dating back to 2011 of this scam. I log into my PayPal and my language had been changed to Spanish and my time had been set to Honduras time. Seems like PayPal doesn’t want to resolve this issue since it’s still ongoing in 2020. After this, I can not trust PayPal with any of my information! Also, it’s almost impossible to come in contact with PayPal about this. I’ve sent in a message and have been waiting for an agent to respond. I’ve called and the automated voice had the line hung due to inability of resolving this issue over the phone. The only help I’m looking for is a response that way I can get my money BACK and never touched again unless I authorize it and YES I did have security questions and pin codes set. Your cyber security just needs more attention before you continue to lose business.
